Jennifer Smith


Jennifer Smith opened Mozelle's in September of 2008. As a native of Winston-Salem, she wanted to provide her friends, family and the community a place to enjoy great southern cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere.  Named after and inspired by her Grandmother Mozelle, Jenn has truly created a place patrons remember and return to time and again.  Just as Mozelle would serve up fabulous meals for her family every night, so too does the team at Mozelle's Fresh Southern Bistro.

He has been with Mozelle's Fresh Southern Bistro since 2011!  With his background at Johnson and Wales University, his skill brings exceptional quality in both gourmet menu and pastry creations.

Holly has been an important part of the Mozelle's team since 2012. She's a breath of fresh air and customers love her authentic southern charm!
